MediaWiki talk:Cantrollback
I saw this in recent changes and read it as "Can troll back". I thought it was going to be a message to making trolling easier. How disappointing. :) Angela. 06:45, Jan 12, 2004 (UTC)

This message no longer seems to support HTML. Wikitext might work; try that. (You can test it by attempting to rollback any page to which you are the only contributor) – Gurch 14:46, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Please wrap
• [{{fullurl:{{FULLPAGENAME}}|action=delete}} delete]
in
<span class="sysop-show"> • [{{fullurl:{{FULLPAGENAME}}|action=delete}} delete]</span>
to hide the delete button from non-admins, who cannot use it. Thanks, --DannyS712 (talk) 02:10, 24 November 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks, DannyS712, for the useful request. I have implemented the change in Special:Diff/927736706 on your behalf. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 12:45, 24 November 2019 (UTC)

Hello, administrators…
This one cannot be fixed via Phabricator, as this is local customization.
However, I have a bone to pick with {{fullurl}} as always.
It looks like we can actually use Special:PageHistory to get the same link.
For that matter, for administrators, we can use Special:Delete.
In wikitext, it should look like this:
Could not revert the edit as the last contributor is the only author of this page ([[Special:PageHistory/{{FULLPAGENAME}}|view history]]<span class="sysop-show"> • [[Special:Delete/{{FULLPAGENAME}}|delete]])</span>.
It should render like this:
Could not revert the edit as the last contributor is the only author of this page (view history • delete).
Again, feel free to decline if there is still consensus to use {{fullurl}} for links like these. Thanks. — 3PPYB6 — TALK — CONTRIBS — 16:48, 8 April 2022 (UTC)
- Done (tested that it still worked) - using the Special pages is fine, so long as the interface supports them. — xaosflux Talk 10:37, 13 April 2022 (UTC)
