Last invasion of US argument

[edit]

I will stipule that the Attu Island invasion is the the last invasion of US territory in until between the Mexican War and Pearl Harbor. However, my claim that Luna County was the site of a historical 20th century invasion is still valid and worthy of article inclusion.

a/the continental US (that's the lower 48 states) suffered two organized,para-military, foreign-based hostile invasions in the 20th century

      1. Columbus, NM March 1916
      2. Pearl Harbor, HI December 1941

b/The Villa Invasion is the last raid on a US state

c/I acknowledge incursions & disruptions & border disputes in 20th century US states and territories (Ruby Ridge/Branch Dividian Anti-Federalists, Filipino Hucks in '01, Chamizal settlementetc.) Perhaps 20th century US invasions and incursions Is worthy of its own article.
