MSDS insertion

[edit]

I'm trying to insert the JT Baker MSDS for this compound but can't seem to insert it. I put the sodium fluoride one in a while back with no dramas- is there some sort of semi-protection on chemboxes these days? Cheers, Freestyle-69 (talk) 03:05, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Much of the 'Uses' section has been copied verbatim from here http://www.mpausa.org/about-methacrylates2/ and the source precedes the date of the Wikipedia edit that introduced it. Aside from that, some sentences actually appear twice. I don't have time at the moment to rewrite this myself, so although I'm happy to do this *eventually* if nobody else does, it might not happen for a while. Please note that I'm not suggesting this material be deleted outright. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peskydan (talkcontribs) 21:53, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for catching that. One of these days a robot will detect and prevent such awful behavior, but for the present, we rely on perceptive readers like you. In late October, we witnessed several large edits to articles on commodity chemicals. One of that series of edits was found to be plagiarism, before this one. One guesses that these are kids getting credit for a class. Please leave a note if you see similar problems in this or other articles. --Smokefoot (talk) 22:35, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cold applied MMA

[edit]

The uses should include cold applied MMA, as used for an anti slip road surface. S C Cheese (talk) 17:07, 24 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
